Terms and Conditions
Parking Rules & Regulations:
- All vehicles entering the parking facility are subject to rules and regulations of the Public Parking PH Management.
- Maximum speed limit inside the premises is 10 kph only.
- Strictly NO SMOKING at all levels of the parking facility.
- All vehicles must be parked legally, entirely within a marked space, and be properly licensed. “Properly Licensed” is defined as having a valid government license tag with a current registration sticker. No unlicensed vehicles of any kind, including but not limited to automobiles, e-bikes, bicycles and motorcycles, may be parked on the parking facility. Unlicensed vehicles parked on the parking facility are subject to towing.
- The Carpark is not a depository of the vehicle.
- The parking fee is payment for the use of the parking space only.
- Drivers are required to turn off their vehicles’s engine while inside the parking facility.
- No one is allowed to stay inside the vehicle while parked inside the parking facility.
- Motorcycles, e-bikes and bicycles are allowed to park only in specifically designated area.
- Parking customers or ticket holders are advised to bring their parking card/ ticket upon leaving their vehicles. The parking card/ticket is required to be presented upon exit of the vehicle from the parking facility. Parking customers who lost or damaged their parking cards shall be charged Php 500.00: while lost parking tickets shall be charged Php 500.00 in addition to the applicable parking fee, and shall be required to present the copy of the certificate of registration and current official receipt of their vehicle and any acceptable identification before they could be allowed to leave the parking facility.
- Owners of unclaimed vehicles will be reported to the proper authorities. It shall be with a Notice of Removal and demand letter for the payment of the accumulated parking fees. Owners will be given ten (10) days to respond to the Notice and demand letter, at which time , if no adequate response has been received by Public Parking PH Management, the vehicles shall be tagged as abandoned.
- By parking your vehicle, you agree to authorize Public Parking PH to remove and tow vehicles that are considered as abandoned or derelict. You also agree to pay any fine or fees associated with the ticketing vendor and/or towing of a vehicle. A vehicle is considered derelict if it is not properly licensed, or inoperative or partially dismantled.
- Vehicles whose owner cannot be identified through motor vehicle records may be towed without notice at the owner’s and/or operator’s expense.
- Vehicles described in the three preceding paragraphs may be removed from the parking facility and stored in any warehouse or place at the owner’s expense. Owner agrees to pay the cost of parking, towage and storage and authorizes the Public Parking PH Management to sell the vehicle in the event of non-payment at any public or private auction to pay for such cost.
- Strictly NO REPAIRING of vehicles shall be made within the parking facility including any of the parking areas, except for minor emergency cases of repair such as changing of tires, tightening of loose parts and accessories or any other properties or third-party vehicles inside the parking facility, including any damage that is the result of negligence or violation of these rules and regulations.
- While CCTV cameras have been installed in the parking facility, the Public Parking PH Management assumes no responsibility for care of, damage to, and/or protection of any vehicle or its contents at any time while it is operated or parked in the facility. All vehicles should be locked when left unattended and valuables should be removed.
- There will be a minimum of Php 3,000 charge in case the vehicle or motorcycle will hit or damage the automated barrier.
- Illegally parked vehicles or motorcycles will be wheel clamped, there’s a corresponding fine of Php 450 (vehicle) and Php 200 (motorcycle). There are designated parking areas for daily, overnight and monthly parkers and this should be strictly observed.
- In case there will be a vehicular accident inside the premises, Public Parking PH will call the Paranaque Traffic Management Office and facilitate the investigation through requesting a police blotter. Both parties should fix the complaint among themselves.
- Public Parking PH Management has the discretion to ban any customer who repeatedly violates such above mentioned parking rules and regulations.
